Adding a few more photos that I've taken this week.

The Pony is beginning to look more like the Cobra Jet as it gets cleaner.  I was amazed at the difference in the appearance by just removing the stripes and spoiler.

Also a photo of some of the items from Strange.

We need to get the roll cage in process....

Got the heat gun we ordered.




  Removed the stripes and the spoiler on the trunk lid.
Amazing the difference in the appearence without the stripes.

Adam is checking out the roll cage, well, the roll cage tubing. It is complete, just not welded.   Looks like Adam just can't hardly wait to open that package.

September 16, 2010 Thursday afternoon.

And he is here, all those parts fit so nicely in the rented van.
Engine, transmission, hood and lots of parts and pieces...and off to Quebec Canada they go..

It was great to meet Camille and now we have a new Canadian friend.  At this moment we are waiting to hear that he arrived home safely!

We are waiting for our friend from Canada, he purchased a lot of the parts that we do not need.

This week and last week. September 12, 2010

Okay, so this last week we have pretty much confirmed that  the gentleman that purchased the engine and transmission is also going to buy most of our front end parts to restore his 2010 Mustang.

Also, the parts that we ordered from Strange have arrived.

We still have not received the new Ford Racing parts but they are being kind enough to hold the whole order until it is complete because we will have to go to Ann Arbor to pick them up.

This coming week, we will be getting all the parts that are sold together for pick up on Thursday, and we want to make sure the transaction runs smoothly and everyone is happy.

So, even if it seems we are on hold, we are not.  And yes, this part isn't as fun as taking photos, filling the cooler with orange Monsters and eating burgers in the garage.
